About Us

Paul L Paladie, MSW, LICSW, LADC, CCTP

As a Veteran, I have discovered the power of team as well as recognizing personal strengths and how they contribute to complete challenging situations and experiences. I am committed to providing strength-focused and client-centered therapy to individuals who are looking for strategies or ways to work with the challenges they have been carrying. My mission is to meet each person, wherever they are in life, and to provide effective mental health intervention that builds on the strengths of the individual and the environment in which that person lives. I believe the most successful outcomes, often start with challenging beginnings. (Challenges are defined by negative influences, thoughts, behaviors, or actions- including MH concerns,

I have experience in many areas, including Veterans (deployment and non-deployment challenges) and First Responders with their unique experiences. Addiction, Anger Management, Anxiety, Depression, Behavior Disorders, Impulse Control Problems, Mood Disorders, PTSD, as well as some not listed. Substance Use Disorders, and Traumatic experiences.

I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Animal Assisted Therapy, and Trauma based work in various forms with clients to help better understand thoughts and behaviors. I can help others to accept themselves with less judgment, and learn new methods to make the changes necessary to move forward in a more positive way.
